Agnes H. Fisher, 97, of Belle Center, Ohio, passed away Friday, November 23, 2012 in her home.
She was born in Hardin County, Ohio October 28, 1915, to the late Scott and Mary Hoon of Chipmonk Corner, Huntsville.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, D.E. Hill as well as her second husband, Carl W. Fisher, her brother, William D. Hoon and a sister, Doris A. Sloan.
Mrs. Fisher was a 1933 graduate of Huntsville High School. She had been a receptionist for two different Logan County physicians, one in Bellefontaine, Ohio and the other in Belle Center.
Mrs. Fisher is survived by a daughter, Julie A. Fisher of Belle Center and a nephew, Mike (Shelly) Hoon of Bellefontaine.
She enjoyed homemaking and gardening and especially enjoyed designing and sewing Barbie doll clothes. She was a member of the New Richland Baptist Church, where she served as a Sunday School teacher at one time. She was a forty eight year member of the Belle Center Women’s’ Club.
She truly believed as a Christian that she is now with her Heavenly Father.
A private family graveside service will be held at the Fairview Cemetery in Belle Center with Pastor Philip Pocknas officiating.
