Alisa A. "Lisa" Smedley

Alisa Ann “Lisa” Smedley, 59, of Bellefontaine, passed away Monday afternoon, February 20, 2023, at Mary Rutan Hospital.

Lisa was born in Bellefontaine on May 3, 1963, to the late Stanley Allen Ward and Glenna Eloise (Campbell) Ward.

Lisa married William Smedley on August 22, 1981, and he survives in Bellefontaine.  She is also survived by sons Michael Smedley of Belle Center, and Mark Ward, of Bellefontaine; three grandchildren: Trenton, Brooklyn, and Joey; a brother Darryl Ward of Lima; and her furry friends Sophia and Bella.

Lisa was a loving mother and grandmother. 

A celebration of Lisa’s life will be held at a later date.
