Amelia Catherine Rose Hammond

Amelia Catherine Rose Hammond, an infant, was born on June 11, 2018 to her parents, John Hammond and Kerra Weinert and passed at the University of Michigan Hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Along with her parents, she is survived by her maternal grandparents, Catherine Weinert and Henry Weinert II; paternal grandfather, John Hammond; maternal great grandparents, Henry and Nancy Weinert and Linda and John Jordan and paternal great grandparents, Jim and Jackie Hammond.

Amelia was preceded in death by a infant brother, Harper Ryan Hammond and her paternal grandmother, Heather Barnes.

A private family burial will take place in Greenwood-Union Cemetery in DeGraff on Amelia’s great-great grandmother’s grave.

Funeral arrangements are in the care of the Daring & Sanford Funeral Home in DeGraff.
