Angela Kay Brown

Angela Kay (Doseck) Brown, 53, of Bellefontaine, passed away on Thursday, December 2, 2021. She was born in Bellefontaine, Ohio on October 27, 1968 to the late Howard Clinton Doseck and Janice Louise (Bosserman) Doseck. She is also preceded in death by brothers, Charles Doseck, and Henry Doseck, sisters, Doreen Doseck and Gaye Doseck, a niece Faith Miranda, and nephew Branden Doseck.

On August 15, 1988 she married Troy Brown and he survives. She is also survived by siblings: Jack (Veronica) Doseck of Tipp City, Peter (Phyllis) Doseck of Sidney, James (Bonita) Doseck of Troy, Paul Doseck of Dayton, Scott Doseck of Bellefontaine, Lori Albright of Troy, Lisa Rosenbaum of Troy, Gary Doseck of Bellefontaine, and Heather Doseck of Columbus. A special niece, Sarah Rosenbaum, a beloved great niece Neaveh McCalla, five nephews and six nieces also survive.

Angie was a member of Christ Our King Church in Bellefontaine since 1995. She also owned and operated a business in Bellefontaine. Angie gave generously in every way she could to those she loved. Her compassion, laughter, conversation and giving spirit were felt by all those who came in contact with her. At times she would send flowers, make a phone call, or simply meet a need she knew others had. It wasn’t uncommon to find Angie sitting out in the sun on her patio, or riding around in her truck. She enjoyed spending time with the Ricks and Gentry families who she loved dearly. Anyone who Angie befriended became her family. She was known to many as Aunt Angie.

Pastor Robin Ricks will officiate a funeral service at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at Christ Our King Church, 1325 County Road 9, Bellefontaine, Ohio. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. prior to the funeral service. Cremation to follow.

The family encourages all those attending to wear a mask.
