Anita Franks

Anita S. Franks, 72, of Toledo, Ohio passed away at 11:37 P.M. Friday, November 11, 2011 at the University of Toledo Medical Center. She was born in Kentucky October 28, 1938, to the late Frank and Ethel M. Salyers. In 1997, she married Gordon Franks of Toledo, and he survives.

She is also survived by two daughters, Kim (John) Growdon of Urbana, Ohio and Kellie (Dan) Greenwood of Michigan; four grandchildren; two sisters, Marge (Mike) Closson and Rita (Gary) Heath; four brothers, Francis (Gloria) Salyers, Jerry (Bonnie) Salyers, Walt (Rhonda) Salyers and Chalmer (Linda) Salyers and numerous nieces and nephews. Three brothers, Michael, Donald and Jeffery Salyers preceded her in death.

She was a beautician at TP Hair Designs in Bellefontaine, Ohio.

Pastor Bryan Meadows will conduct the funeral service Friday, November 18, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. at the Kauffman-Eichholtz Funeral Home in West Liberty, Ohio. Calling hours are Thursday, November 17, 2011 from 5 to 7 P.M. at the funeral home. Interment will follow the funeral service at the Fairview Cemetery in West Liberty.
