Anna Ward

Anna “Louise” Ward, 96, of Bellefontaine, Ohio, passed away Monday, December 7, 2009, at the Green Hills Care Center in West Liberty, Ohio. She was born December 24, 1912, in West Liberty to the late Frank and Alice (Seeley) Bailey.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Ray Whitman, and her second husband, Robert O. Ward, whom she married in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away May 2, 1959. Also preceding her in death was an infant daughter, six brothers and four sisters. She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Louise retired from Sears Sales and enjoyed being with her family and friends and listening to music.

Pastor Max Jackson will conduct the funeral service at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, December 11, 2009, at the Eichholtz Funeral Home in Bellefontaine. Calling hours are from 4 to 6 P.M. on Thursday, December 10, 2009, at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Zanesfield, Ohio Cemetery.
