Biography

Anthony Michael Ball, 25, of Bellefontaine, Ohio, passed away Thursday, May 16, 2013 at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.

He was born July 16, 1987, in Springfield, Ohio to Sally (Baugh) Ball of Bellefontaine and the late Byron J. Ball Jr., who preceded him in death October 26, 2005.

Also surviving is Nicky (Francis) Ball, the mother of, Anthony Michael Ball Jr. and Kyle Joe Ball; his fiancé, Gloria Jean Riley Lemley and their son, Tyler James Carl Ball; three brothers, David James Ball of Little Rock, Arkansas, Scott Daniel (Krista) Ball and Robert Christopher Ball, both of Bellefontaine; and two sisters, Leslie Ann (Jerry) Frost of DeGraff, Ohio and Kimberly Renae (Bradley) Evans of Urbana, Ohio.

Anthony worked for Richard Pence and was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and the Eagles. He enjoyed playing jokes on people, making them laugh, eating sour popsicles and wrestling with his kids.

The staff of the Eichholtz Funeral Home in Bellefontaine handled the arrangements.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
