Arthur Dearwester Jr

Arthur Leroy Dearwester, Jr., 70, of Bellefontaine passed away Sunday, May 17, 2015 at his home. He was born in Bellefontaine on April 8, 1945 to the late Arthur Leroy and Alice K. (Mortell) Dearwester, Sr.

A veteran of the US Army, Art served during the Viet Nam Conflict. Upon returning to Bellefontaine, Art went to work and later retired as a laborer from HBD.

Art is survived by his son, Art Dearwester III of Bellefontaine; sisters: Ellen Jarrett, Helen Dearwester and Ida Bozman, all of Bellefontaine; and a brother Willie Dearwester of Sidney.

Keeping with Art’s wishes, he will be cremated and there will be no services at this time.

The staff of Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home, Bellefontaine assisted the family.
