Benjamin Grimes

Benjamin “Benji” A. Grimes, 30, of Tiffin, Ohio, passed away Saturday, May 30, 2009, at Marcy Hospital in Tiffin. He was born June 18, 1978, in Bellefontaine to Richard A. and Karen D. Henry Grimes who survive in Bellefontaine.

Also surviving is his girlfriend, Caitlin Ringle and a daughter, Lillian Rose Grimes, both of Tiffin; a brother, Christopher “Chris” B. Grimes, three sisters, Renetta T., Megan R., and Savannah N.M. Grimes all of Bellefontaine; two nieces and two nephews and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Benji, a construction worker and who was active in 4-H, was a loving father, good friend and a wise person who could sell ice to an Eskimo.

Calling hours are from 1 P.M. to 3 P.M. at the Eichholtz Funeral Home in Bellefontaine Thursday, June 4, 2009. Pastor Michael D. Myers will conduct a graveside service at 3:00 P.M. Thursday, June 4 at the Bellefontaine Cemetery.
