Betty Lehman

Biography

Betty Kathleen Plank Lehman, 90, of West Liberty, Ohio, passed away at 4:30 P.M. Thursday August 25, 2011 at Green Hills Center in West Liberty. She was born in West Liberty December 23, 1920, a daughter of the late Joe and Gertrude Yoder Plank. On October 28, 1944, she married Kenneth Lehman, and he preceded her in death.

The loving wife and devoted mother is survived by her seven children, Tom (Carol) Lehman of Cairo, Georgia; Carol (Dave) Troyer of Groveland, Illinois; Ken Lehman of Cairo, Georgia; Sam (Mariann) Lehman of Galena, Ohio; Ed (Kim) Lehman of West Liberty; Tim (Pam) Lehman of West Liberty, and Ric (Teresa) Lehman of Bellefontaine, Ohio; twenty five grandchildren and twenty eight great great grandchildren.

Calling hours will be held at the Kauffman-Eichholtz Funeral Home in West Liberty Sunday, August 28, 2011 from 1:30 P.M. to 3:30 P.M. followed by a memorial service at 4:00 P.M. at the Bethel Mennonite Chruch in West Liberty. A private family interment will be in the Fairview Cemetery in West Liberty.
