Betty Ann Walters, 80, of Bellefontaine, passed away at 2:40 p.m. on Thursday, October 20, 2016 at Heartland of Bellefontaine. She was born in West Liberty on January 15, 1936 to the late Howard and Margaret (Myers) McClure. On September 10, 2007, she married William Walters and he survives.

She is also survived by her daughters, Christine (Ed) Malloy of Dayton, Sally (James Jr.) Morris of Grove City; a son, James (Sheryl) Titus of Delaware; 10 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. 3 siblings preceded her in death.

Betty attended First Friends Church in Bellefontaine. She enjoyed singing and being at church. Betty was very passionate about helping others. She liked to crochet and was a “Mother” for everyone.

Pastor Bryan Meadows will officiate a funeral service at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, October 25, 2016 at the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home, 321 N. Main Street, Bellefontaine. Visitation will be Monday, October 24th from 4 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in West Liberty.

Funeral arrangements are in care of the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Bellefontaine.
