Beverly Corwin

Beverly Ann ‘Tub’ Corwin, 55, of West Liberty passed away at 2:23 p.m. on Wednesday, February 3, 2016 at Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus.

She was born in Bellefontaine on March 30, 1960, the daughter of the late George Jr. and Helen Rita (Harford) Coy. She is also preceded in death by a son, Douglas Vestal in 2001 and a brother Bozy Coy in 2012.

On November 6, 1986 she married John Edward Corwin in Bellefontaine and he survives along with a son, Raymond ‘Eric’ Corwin, four daughters, Angelia Rita ‘Ang’ Corwin, Amy Ann Elizabeth ‘Amers’ Corwin, Jennifer Marie ‘Jenn’ Corwin, Kimberly Lynn ‘Kimmie’ Lach, 12 grandchildren; Temprence Sueann ‘Tempy Sue’, Justin Corey, Alayna Grace, Carson Noah Edward ‘Bino’, Serenity Faithann, Landyn Michael David ‘Little Man’, Kaelyn Brooke, Makinzy Marie, Ian Matthew ‘Tank’, Makayla, Mallory Blanton, Dillon Robert and many other adopted grandkids and kids, two sisters, Cynthia ‘Sis’ (Jeff) Sherrick of Bellefontaine, Deborah ‘Deb’ Coy of Beaverdam, one brother Tony ‘Hole’ (Barbara) Coy of Quincy, and three special friends, Kim Hudson of Urbana, Cody Instine of Cable and Michael Samples of West Liberty.

She worked as a housekeeper at Lutheran Manor in Bellefontaine for many years. She loved spending time with her kids, grandkids, family and friends. She loved watching NASCAR, WWF Smack Down, Monday Night Raw, Footloose, and It’s a Wonderful Life. She also loved to read her Bible.

Brother Mikey Coy will officiate a funeral service at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, February 8, 2016 at the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home, 321 N. Main St. Bellefontaine. Friends may call to the funeral home on Monday from 12Noon until the start of the service. The family requests that attendees please dress casual for services.
