Beverly Smith

Beverly Ann Smith, 60, of Bellefontaine, passed away on Monday, August 29, 2016 at her home. She was born in Bellefontaine, Ohio on July 24, 1956 to Mary Foulk and the late Robert Shawver.

On February 5, 1977, Bev married Frank Smith in Bellefontaine, Ohio and he survives; along with their two children, Emily Smith and Josiah (Johanna) Smith; four grandchildren; a brother, Steve (Mary) Shawver; and many nieces and nephews.

A homemaker, Bev had previously worked as a Cardiology Office Manager for over 20 years and as a Real Estate Secretary for five years. She was a devoted member of the First Christian Church in Bellefontaine.

Rev. F. Michael Valentine will officiate a funeral service at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 2, 2016 at the First Christian Church, 215 E. Sandusky Avenue, Bellefontaine. Visitation will be Thursday, September 1st from 4-7 p.m. at the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home, 321 N. Main Street, Bellefontaine and one hour prior to the service at the church on Friday. Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Cemetery in West Liberty, Ohio.
