Biography

Bill Yelton, 52, of Bellefontaine, Ohio, passed away Monday, August 29, 2011, at 1:33 P.M. at the Cancer Treatment Centers of America in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was born in Bellefontaine June 22, 1959, a son of the late Robert Lewis Yelton and Donna Jean (Bishop) Yelton who survives in Bellefontaine.

On August 22, 2009 in West Liberty, Ohio, he married the former Lisa Pfeil, and she survives along with a daughter, Larrilyn Yelton of Bellefontaine; a son, Kyle Yelton of Mechanicsburg, Ohio; brothers, Robert Lee “Mike” Yelton of Bellefontaine, Jeffery (Jane) Yelton of Bellefontaine, Ricky Lee (Glenna Lee) Yelton of Bellefontaine, James (Emily) Yelton of Belle Center, Ohio, and Charlie Yelton of Bellefontaine; a sister, Patty (Mark) Osborne of DeGraff, Ohio and numerous nieces & nephews.

A maintenance manager, he had a passion for walleye fishing at Lake Erie.

Pastor Ron Irick will conduct a memorial service at 4:00 P.M. Tuesday, September 6, 2011, at the Eichholtz Funeral Home in Bellefontaine, where calling will be from 2 to 4 P.M. prior to the service.
