Bob W. Halsell

Bob W. Halsell, 88, of Kenton, passed away Wednesday morning, April 25, 2018 at Lima Memorial Hospital.  He was born in Gamaliel, Kentucky on April 27, 1929 to the late Benjamin F. and Effie (Wood) Halsell.

Bob was also preceded in death by a daughter Connie D. McMillen, and eleven siblings.

Bob married the former Jeannie Haney on June 2, 1953 in Ada and she survives in Kenton.  He is also survived by his daughters, Carol (Doug) Evans of Syracuse, Indiana, Donna Maag Halsell of Kenton, and Jackie (Scot) Pettit of Kenton; nine grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Bob worked for 43 years at Superior Coach before retiring in 1997.  He enjoyed raising show animals, especially the race dogs.

Pastor Bryan Meadows will officiate a graveside service on Saturday, April 28, 2018 at 11am at the Fairview Cemetery, Belle Center.

Funeral arrangements are under the care of Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home, Belle Center.
