Bonnie Myer

Bonnie Jean Rockhold Myer, 80, of Bellefontaine, passed away on Sunday, January 15, 2017 at her home. She was born in Byhalia, Ohio on February 27, 1936 to the late John Henry and Blanche Mina (Temple) Rockhold. She was also preceded in death by her granddaughter, Jennifer Birt; two sisters, Rachel Rockhold and Marilyn Howard; and two brothers, Bud and Jim Rockhold.

Bonnie is survived by her two children; Curtis (Amy) Myer and Patricia (Carl) Birt; three grandchildren, Karen (Logan) Nessler, Jack Myer, and Joshua Myer; three great grandchildren, Cayden Nessler, Layna Nessler, and MaKenzie Nessler; a sister, Betty Zell; and three brothers, Dick Rockhold, Jack Rockhold, and Skip Rockhold.

Bonnie had worked as a Nurse’s Aide at Heartland of Bellefontaine for many years. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Brother Nathan Price will officiate a graveside service at 12 noon on Thursday, January 19, 2017 at Greenwood-Union Cemetery in DeGraff, Ohio.

Funeral arrangements are in the care of the Daring & Sanford Funeral Home in DeGraff.
