Brian Lee Bell, age 37, of Bellefontaine, Ohio passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at Mary Rutan Hospital in Bellefontaine.
He was born in Sidney, Ohio April 21, 1980, and is survived by his parents Randy and Stacey Bell of Bellefontaine; his fiancé of fourteen years, Amanda C. Garber of Bellefontaine; four sons, Blake Bell (age 17), Dallas Bell (age 16), Sylas Bell (age 8), and Brooks Garber (age 17); two sisters, Dana Bell of Bellefontaine and Melissa Bell of Centerburg, Ohio; one brother, Mark (Shauna) Bell of Centerburg; his maternal grandmother, Shirley Ceylor of Sidney, Ohio and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Robert Bell, Doyle Ceylor and Holmes and Evelyn Bell.
Brian was a 1998 graduate of Riverside High School via the Hi-Point Career Center (JVS) and worked for Spartan Nash in Bellefontaine. He loved live music and going to concerts. He enjoyed reading books and was a very caring and empathetic person. Most of all, he loved to spend time with his family, especially his children. He lived by the motto, “though adversity, there is redemption.”
Visitation will be held Saturday, August 19, 2017 from 2 to 4 P.M. at the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home & Cremation Center in Bellefontaine. Burial will be at the Fairview Cemetery in Quincy, Ohio at a later date. The family requests anyone attending come dressed in casual attire.
