Bryley May Hubbard, infant daughter of Dwayne Hubbard, Sr. and Angela Jutte, passed away Saturday, June 16, 2012 at Children’s Hospital in Dayton, Ohio.
Rev. Tim Bartee will officiate the funeral service at 12:00 P.M. Wednesday, June 20, 2012 at the Eichholtz Funeral Home in Bellefontaine, where friends may call from 11:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. Interment will follow the funeral service at the Bellefontaine Cemetery in Bellefontaine, Ohio.
