C. Grant

C. Louise Grant, age 81, of West Liberty, Ohio and formerly of Roundhead, Ohio passed away Sunday, May 4, 2014 at her residence.

She was born in Hancock County Ohio October 7, 1932, a daughter of the late Carl and Sarah (Flick) Businger.

On April 3, 1950 in Ft. Wayne, Indiana, she married Herbert J. Grant and he preceded her in death May 16, 2007. She was also preceded in death by two sisters, Patricia Palmerton and Jeretta Businger; two brothers, Otho and Jack Businger, and a son-in-law, Don Saylor in 2010.

She is survived by two daughters, Linda (Rev. Anthony) Krummrey of Sidney, Ohio and Susan Saylor of Belle Center, Ohio; three grandchildren, Aaron (Kassondra) Krummrey of Sidney, Shannon (D.J.) Ammons of Autryville, North Carolina, and Steven Saylor of Belle Center; four great grandchildren, Kaelyn Saylor, Rylee and Caleb Ammons, and Olivia Krummrey; a sister, Bernadine Hull of Kenton, Ohio and many nieces and nephews.

Louise worked as a cook for Upper Scioto Valley Schools at the Roundhead building for twenty five years and was a member of the South Union Mennonite Church in West Liberty. She loved to cook and bake and shared her talents with her neighbors. She was a wonderful loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

The funeral service will be held Wednesday, May 7, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. at the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home in Belle Center with Pastor Matthew Williams officiating. Calling hours will be held Tuesday, May 6, 2014 from 5 to 8 P.M. at the funeral home. Interment will be at the Fairview-McDonald Cemetery in Hardin County Ohio.
