Carl Ray

Carl Ray, 82, of West Liberty passed away at 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday, July 14, 2015 at Logan Acres Care Center. He was born in Kentucky on November 22, 1932 to the late Linden and Gracie (Craft) Ray. In addition to his parents, Carl was preceded in death by 11 brothers and sisters.

On November 17, 1978 he married the former Linda Hunter, and she survives. He is also survived by his six children; Mike, Patty, Gail (John), Rhonda (Bill), Steve and Susan; four step-children, Phyllis Phelps-Stafford, Fred (Teresa), Stafford, Tony (Rhonda) Stafford and Brian (Tracy) Stafford; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; a sister Delma; a brother Manuel; and many nieces and nephews.

Carl retired from Leroi Dresser and was an avid bowler.

Randy Risner will officiate a funeral service at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 18, 2015 at the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home, 321 N. Main Street, Bellefontaine. Visitation will be two hours prior to the funeral. Burial will be at a later date.
