Carol Hutchins

Carol S. Hutchins, 63, of Bellefontaine, Ohio, passed away Saturday, December 12, 2009, at the Mary Rutan Hospital in Bellefontaine. She was born August 29, 1946, in Fostoria, Ohio, to the late Howard D. and Nellie (Rickard) Buchanan.

She is survived by a daughter, Sue Ann Hutchins of Marysville, Ohio; a sister, Ciara L. (Robert) Kerns of Belle Center, Ohio; four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Howard Douglas Buchanan, and a sister, Mary Ellen Shade.

A homemaker, she was a member of the Mt. Tabor Church of God. She worked for Belle Center Residential Homes and Logan County Children’s Services.

Calling hours will be Saturday, December 19, 2009, from 1 to 4 P.M. at the Eichholtz Funeral Home in Bellefontaine. Burial will be at a later date.
