Carol Eileen McMullen

Carol Eileen McMullen, 80, of West Liberty, passed away Thursday afternoon, January 23, 2025, at Green Hills Care Center.

Carol was born in Bellefontaine, Ohio, on June 10, 1944, to the late William V. and Lois J. (Wharf) McMullen. 

Carol is survived by her sister and brother-in-law, C. Alayne and Ronald Klenotic of Gladstone, Michigan; nieces and nephews: Ron (Erica) Klenotic, Tanya (Jason) Cahill, Michelle Klenotic, Daniel Klenotic, and David Klenotic; and great-nieces and great-nephews: Adrienne Klenotic, Brendan Cahill, Emily Cahill, and Sarah Cahill.

A graduate of Bellefontaine High School and Elkhart University, Carol was a self-employed dog breeder for many years. She was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church. Carol had a passion for all animals and enjoyed doing crafts of all types.

Pastor Ken Neighoff will officiate Carol’s funeral service on Friday, January 31, 2025, at 12 noon at the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Bellefontaine, where the family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Zanesfield Cemetery.
