Chad Bayless

Chad L. Bayless, 43, of Bellefontaine passed away Tuesday afternoon, September 8, 2015 at Mary Rutan Hospital. Chad was born in Bellefontaine on May 23, 1972 to Kenneth L. and Nazola (Eddins) Bayless. He was preceded in death by his father Kenneth in 2005.

Chad enjoyed spending time with his family and hanging with his buddies on the square. He played football and was a stand-out track athlete at Bellefontaine High School.

Chad is survived by his mother, Nazola Bayless of Bellefontaine; siblings: Covett (James) Bush of Bellefontaine, Jesse (Amy) Bayless of Plain City and Kym (Roepay) Pate of Columbus; nieces and nephews: Jordan, Chanda, Jessica, Trevor, Cameron, R.J. and Kendeecee and great-niece A-mya; influential cousins Ed & Larry Ratleff; best friends: Bruce Wilson, Josh Artis, Chris Johnson, Darrell Artis, Calvin Davis and numerous others.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 13, 2015 at the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home, Bellefontaine from 2-4pm. Pastor Frank McCullough will officiate the funeral service on Monday, September 14, 2015 at 11am at the funeral home.
