Chad Huffman

Chad “Bubba” M. Huffman, 30, of Bellefontaine, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, March 19, 2013 at his residence.

He was born November 2, 1982 in Bellefontaine, to Randy Huffman and Lisa (Kelly) Huffman both of Bellefontaine.

Also surviving is his step-mother, Sandi Huffman; brothers, Dustin, Shane and Josh Huffman, all of Bellefontaine; sisters, Mindy (Joe) Thompson of Rushsylvania, Ohio and Heather Merriman of Bellefontaine; maternal grandmother, Linda Kelly of Bellefontaine; paternal grandmother, Donna Huffman of Rushsylvania; step grandmother, Sherry Gist of Lakeview, Ohio, and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Preceding him in death was a sister, Sara Hone, and his grandfathers, Don Kelly and Roger Huffman.

Chad was a very giving, loyal, and caring person. He loved spending time with his nephews, going to the Hilliker YMCA, and shooting guns. He worked as a loan assistant for many years.

Pastor Craig Howie will officiate the funeral service Tuesday, March 26, 2013 at 10:00 A.M. at the Eichholtz Funeral Home in Bellefontaine, where calling hours are Monday, March 25, 2013 from 2 to 4 and 6 to8 P.M. Interment will be at the Rushsylvania Cemetery.
