Charles M. “Chuck” Lampley, age 51, of Jackson Center, Ohio, passed away from Huntington’s Chorea at 9:26 A.M. Friday, October 3, 2014 at Village Green Healthcare Center in Greenville, Ohio.
He was born in Fairfax, Virginia July 1, 1963, to the late Melvin and Sally (Schwab) Lampley.
On February 10, 2001, he married Krys Kellar and she survives. He is also survived by his two children, Elisha Lampley and Dustin (Elizabeth) Lampley, both of Toledo, Ohio; two step-daughters, Angela (Trent) Mielnik of Jackson Center and Katie Kellar of Toledo; four grandchildren; a sister, Cindy Lampley of Missouri; two brothers, Ray (Tammy) Lampley and Donald Lampley, both of Toledo, and many nieces and nephews.
Chuck had worked at Sam’s Club, Sea Gate Centre and Norfolk Southern. He enjoyed watching court television shows, camping and fishing. Chuck especially took pride in caring for the lawn at the Grace Church in Toledo.
Pastor Doug Rumschlag will officiate a memorial service at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, October 9, 2014 at the Grace Church in Toledo, Ohio.
The funeral arrangements were in the care of the staff of the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home in Jackson Center.
