Charles Shank

Charles R. Shank, 77, of Bellefontaine, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, September 1, 2010 at his residence. He was born February 17, 1933 in Ashton, West Virgina to the late Walter and Nancy (Bateman) Shank.

He is survived by his wife, Faith (Hurlburt) Shank, whom he married October 24, 1963. Also surviving is a son, Charles R. (Vicky) Shank II of Blacklick, Ohio; a daughter, Karla Neer of Westerville, Ohio; a stepson, Samuel Watso of California; three brothers, three sisters, three grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Charles was a United States Army Veteran and worked for Goodyear and D.A.B in Bellefontaine.

Rev. Patrick Sheridan will conduct a graveside service at 2:30 P.M. Friday, September 3, 2010 at the Bellefontaine Cemetery in Bellefontaine, Ohio.

The staff at the Eichholtz Funeral Home in Bellefontaine handled the arrangements.
