Charles E. Sheeley

Charles E. ‘Buck’ Sheeley, age 72, of Belle Center, Ohio passed away at 4:13 p.m. Monday, April 27, 2020 at his residence.

He was born in Bellefontaine, Ohio September 22, 1947, the son of the late Charles E. and Mary Katherine (Marker) Sheeley.  He was also preceded in death by a sister, Carolyn Jean Forsythe.

On September 19, 1970, he married Sharon K. Grunden and she preceded him in death June 7, 2019.

He is survived by two sisters, Mary Kay (LaVern) Steinberger and Linda Kauffman, both of Bellefontaine; like a granddaughter, Annika Chappell of Belle Center and several nieces and nephews.

Buck worked as a welder for Rockwell International in Kenton, Ohio for many years before retiring.  He was a United States Army Veteran serving his country during the Vietnam War.

A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, May 2, 2020 at the Fairview Cemetery in Belle Center.

The staff of the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home in Belle Center is honored to serve the Sheeley family.
