Clifford Skidmore

Clifford E. Skidmore, 62, of Bellefontaine, Ohio and formerly of Belle Center, Ohio, passed away Sunday, July 7, 2013, as the result of an traffic accident.

He was born February 15, 1951, in Kenton, Ohio, a son of the late James Kenneth Skidmore and Martha E. (Lowery) Skidmore, whom survives.

On March 12, 1993, in Bellefontaine, he married the former Rita Geboy and she survives along with children, Bobby (Scott) Gill of Bellefontaine, Ronald (Chandra Coleman) Wills and Chandra's daughters, Baylee and Emalee of East Liberty, Ohio, and Eric (Cynthia) Wills of Independence, Kentucky; grandchildren, Chaise (Stephanie) Wills, Brett Wills, Danielle Wills, Lydia Wills and Jamie Gill; a brother, Ed (Charlotte) Skidmore of Dunkirk, Ohio and a nephew and niece, Mike Skidmore and Lisa Skidmore Breen.

Clifford worked at Honda of America in Marysville, Ohio for twenty nine years. A member of the Belle Center United Methodist Church, he loved attending car shows, car events and photography. He especially loved spending time with his family.

Pastor Kevin Smith will officiate the funeral service at 11 A.M. Friday, July 12, 2013, at the Eichholtz Funeral Home in Bellefontaine, where calling hours are Thursday, July 11, 2013 from 3 to 7 P.M. Interment will be at the Highland Memorial Cemetery in West Liberty, Ohio.

The staff of the Eichholtz Funeral Home in Bellefontaine assisted the family with the arrangements.
