Clyde W. "Jonesy" Jones

Clyde W. "Jonesy" Jones, 67, of Kenton passed away peacefully at 3:53 a.m. on Monday, January 15, 2024, at home surrounded by his family. He was born in Sidney, Ohio on March 31, 1956, a son of the late Charles Otho Jones and Charlotte Waneta (Hinkle) Jones.

On June 18, 1993, Clyde married Leonia Renia (Spangler) Jones in Springfield, Ohio and she survives. He is also survived by two daughters, Jamie L. (Jasson) Dunaway, and Wyndi D. (Brian) Jones; three grandsons, Jordan (Sara), Gauge, and Dillon (Danika); two granddaughters, Summer (Tyzen), and Nacole; four great grandchildren; four siblings, Candace (Tom) Dear, Cyndi Brown, Charles Jones II, and Vanessa (C.W.) Cruze; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Clyde was preceded in death by his sister, Cathy Denise Kieffer; and brother-in-law, Tony Brown.

A truck driver, Clyde enjoyed camping, fishing, and watching western movies.

Private inurnment will be in Greenwood-Union Cemetery in DeGraff at the convenience of the family.
