Coltin Alan Jones, 6 days old, mommy and daddy’s “Tiger” and Grandpa’s “Button”, passed away at 1:30 P.M. Tuesday, April 26, 2011, at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. He was born at 5:39 P.M. April 20, 2011, at The Ohio State Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio along with his twin brother, Corbin Lee-Otho Jones, whom survives. He is also survived by his Daddy and Mommy, Dalton Jones and Danielle Thornton, Grandma Leann Thornton, Papa Dave Thornton, Grandpa Charles O. (Cora) Jones and Grams Mary E. Murray-Jones, along with great grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Coltin was proceed in death by Grandma Teresa M. Thornton, Uncle Ron C. Murray and many other loved ones waiting to welcome him home. Coltin, for the short time we have been blessed to have him, has brought much love to our hearts and memories to our minds. He had a big personality, loved holding hands and playing peek-a-boo with his nurses, doctors and family. He was especially loved by his mommy and daddy and will be so sadly missed. We love you and may you rest in peace. Great Grandpa Ron Murray will carry him to his final resting place.

The funeral service will begin at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, April 28, 2011 at the Eichholtz Funeral Home in Bellefontaine where friends may call from 12:00 to 2:00 P.M. prior to the service.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Nationwide Children’s Hospital NICU & Cardiology 700 Children’s Drive Columbus, OH 43205

The staff of the Eichholtz Funeral Home in Bellefontaine handled the arrangements.
