Darrell Wade Krieger

Darrell Wade Krieger, age 57, of Quincy, Ohio passed away at 9:00 p.m. Thursday, January 28, 2021 at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio.

He was born May 26, 1963, a son of Barbara Kay (Buckles) Dunlap and the late Edwin Robson. He was also preceded in death by his stepfather Robert Krieger and grandparents, Warren H. and Virginia Buckles and Marie Krieger.

On April 9, 1993, Darrell married the former Cindy Hoffman in Bellefontaine, Ohio and she survives along with three children, Ashley (Jon) Shields, Cory Krieger and Racheal Krieger; two grandchildren, Zoe and Mason Dappert; two brothers, David Krieger and Derrick Krieger and three nephews.

A 1981 graduate of Shikellamy High School in Sunbury, Pennsylvania, Darrell had worked at Plastipak in Jackson Center for fifteen years. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing, cars, motorcycles, camping, gardening and mowing. Darrell was also a lover of animals, especially his dogs Rebel, Rosalie and the late Sadie.

The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. Friday, February 5, 2021 at the Daring & Sanford Funeral Home in DeGraff, Ohio where the funeral service will begin at 2:00 p.m.
