David Lusby

David L. Lusby, 52, of Bellefontaine, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, August 16, 2009 at the Mary Rutan Hospital in Bellefontaine.

He was born on January 30, 1957, in Bellefontaine to the late Benjamin Lusby and Lucile (Amos) Lusby who survives in Bellefontaine.

On April 6, 1990, he married Lee Ann Hughes in Bellefontaine and she survives along with two daughters, Shauna and Emma Lusby both of Bellefontaine, and two brothers, Richard (Dorothy) Lusby and Russell Lusby both of Bellefontaine.

A 1975 graduate of Benjamin Logan High School, David worked in maintenance at Daido Metal where he loved his job and the friends he worked with. He also loved farming, hunting, fishing and his black lab, Luke.

Calling hours are Thursday, August 20, 2009, from 2 P.M. to 4 P.M. and 6 P.M. to 8 P.M. at the Eichholtz Funeral Home in Bellefontaine. Rev. William Zeller will conduct the funeral service at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, August 21, 2009, at the Harper United Methodist Church.
