Deborah Kay Marker Austin, 61, of Bellefontaine passed away Friday morning, January 23, 2015 at Heartland of Bellefontaine surrounded by her family and friends.
She was born in Bellefontaine, Ohio on June 18, 1953 to Chester S. and Laura Grace (Brunke) Marker. Debra was preceded in death by her father Chester S. Marker, her step-mother, Joyce Marker, a brother, James E. Marker and companion Mike Justin.
Debra enjoyed her work at Ross Training Center and collecting angels. She loved listening to music and spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by her mother Laura Grace (Brunke) Marker of Bellefontaine; siblings: Pamela (Tim) Hill of Bellefontaine, Timothy Marker of Bellefontaine, Thomas (Paula) Marker of Bellefontaine, Brian Marker of Sevierville, TN, Jeff Marker of Indiana; friend Shannon Wirick of Sevierville, TN; nieces and nephews: Scott Marker, Chris Marker, Greg Hill and Jennifer Hill; great-nephews: Micco and Miciah; and several aunts and uncles.
Gene Marine will officiate the funeral service on Monday, January 26, 2015 at 2:30pm at the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home, Bellefontaine where visitation will be held from 1pm – 2:30pm. Burial will be in Concord Cemetery, Champaign County.
