Debra Angela Harper, 64, of West Liberty, passed away at 2:47 a.m. on Friday, April 26, 2024, at Hospice of Dayton. She was born in Lewiston, Maine on October 9, 1959, to the late Robert R. and Barbara A. (Stevens) Masson.
Debra married Randy Harper, and he preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by sisters, Jeannie Cooper, and Jolena D. Hornung, and her brother, Jonathan Masson.
Debra is survived by her sisters, Janet L. Schmitt of West Liberty, Maureen (Errol) Kobilan of Colorado, and Carol Ann Weinman of Oklahoma; brothers, Paul R. (Michelle) Masson of Washington, and Robert D. (Pam) Masson of Sidney; special nieces and nephews, Emma Gifford, Nicole Schmitt, Andrea Weinman, Monica McNary, Jenny Masson, Elise Schmitt, Ashley Slife, Karl Schmitt, Dylan Zerkle, Andrew Weinman, and Jason Weinman; and many fantastic cousins.
Debra was an avid gardener and enjoyed canning. She loved to travel and go scuba diving. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Debra’s wish was to be cremated and no services are planned at this time.
