Debra Clare Watkins

Debra C. Watkins, 67, of Bellefontaine, passed away peacefully at 6:30 a.m. on Friday, June 16, 2023, at Ayden Health Care of Belle Springs in Bellefontaine, Ohio. She was born in Sidney, Ohio on December 7, 1955, a daughter of the late Clyde Raymond and Bessie Mae (Goings) Watkins.

Debra is survived by her five children, Mike (Nicole) Cox, Lonnie M. Cox, Charles (fiancé Nichole Kuhns) Roberts IV, Shasta Roberts, and Stephanie Roberts; six grandchildren, Brittany (Shawn) Jackson, Michael Cox Jr., Zack (Kaylee) Cox, Courtney (Ethan Wilson) Cox, Chuckie Roberts V, and Kellan Roberts; five great grandchildren; a brother, Tim (Bo) Watkins; a sister-in-law, Cindy Watkins; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Debra was preceded in death by a sister, Vicki Bell; and two brothers, Rick Watkins, and Mark Watkins

Debra had worked as a manager at Taco Bell, McDonalds, and Hardees. She enjoyed doing crossword puzzles, eating KFC, and watching Quantum Leap, The Golden Girls, and western movies. She most especially loved being with her grandbabies.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
