Deloris M. Kolsky

Deloris M. Kolsky, age 86, of Jackson Center, Ohio went to be with the Lord at 1:01 P.M. Thursday, December 14, 2017 surrounded by her family at her son and daughter’s home where she had resided for the last three years. She was born in Allen County Ohio November 10, 1931, to the late Glen B. and Gertrude D. (Guthrie) Long.

On August 6, 1947, Deloris married Glenn E. “Curly” Kolsky and he preceded her in death June 19, 2007. She was also preceded in death by a son, Kenneth E. Kolsky; a sister, Shirley Harrison and two brothers, Warren and Earl Long.

Deloris is survived by four sons, Larry (Sandra) Kolsky of Springfield, Missouri, Ronald (Michelle) Kolsky of Greenville, Ohio, Robin (Kim) Kolsky of Xenia, Ohio and Alan (Nancy) Kolsky of Sidney, Ohio; ten grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; two sisters, Tina Huebner-Helm and Winette Breneman, both of Colorado; two brothers, Bill Long and Dick Long, both of Idaho and many nieces and nephews.

Deloris was co-owner and operator of Curly’s Slaughtering Service in Jackson Center. She loved playing bingo, hidden object games, watching The Young & The Restless and being around family and friends.

Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 P.M. Monday, December 18, 2017 at the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home in Jackson Center.

Pastor Tom Dearth will officiate the funeral service at 10:30 A.M. Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at the funeral home.

Burial will be at the St. Paul United Christian Church Cemetery in Ada, Ohio.

The funeral arrangements are in the care of the staff of the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home in Jackson Center.
