Dennis Carpenter
Dennis E. Carpenter, age 87, of West Liberty, Ohio, passed away Sunday evening, April 13, 2014 at Green Hills Community in West Liberty.
He was born in Coshocton, Ohio July 30, 1926, to the late Glen and Zella (Harvey) Carpenter.
He was married to the former Elizabeth Alfreda Bradford and she preceded him in death January 7, 2005. Dennis was also preceded in death by a brother, Harvey Carpenter and sisters, Zella Ann Losey and Margaret Losey.
Dennis is survived by his daughters, Linda Rosalez of Glen Allen, Virginia and Joyce Carpenter of Shreveport, Louisiana; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and a sister, Marilyn Martin of Lancaster, Ohio.
A Veteran of the United States Army, Dennis retired from the Hesston Co. Sales, where he sold farm implements. He enjoyed photography in his pastime.
Pastor Floyd Lundy will conduct the funeral service Wednesday, April 16, 2014, at 4:00 P.M. at the Eichholtz Funeral Home in Bellefontaine, where visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Interment will be at the Highland Memorial Cemetery in West Liberty.
