Dianne Goslee

Dianne Goslee of Russells Point, Ohio was called home Saturday October 14, 2017, to be with her Lord.

She was born May 5, 1953, the daughter of Edwin Yoesting and Rosiland Schrader McClure, both deceased. Her siblings, Gary and Linda survive.

She married William Goslee in 1970 and they have two children, Danielle (Jacoby) Knerr and Lynn (Justin) Hines. Grandchildren, Veda, Graham, Carson and Emerson are the love of her life.

A graduate of Bellefontaine High School who attended The Ohio State University, Dianne’s people skills and passion made her well suited for public service and for director of the Logan County Child Support Enforcement Agency until her retirement in 2005, a retirement that was to allow her time to enjoy her grandchildren. She loved her family, the seasons, reading, traveling, motorcycling and gardening. She offered her spare time by volunteering for various civic and Christian organizations.

Epiphany Ministries of Central Ohio dedicated to working with young girls in prison, was most close to her heart. She was a member of the Indian Lake Community Church where she served as elder, deaconess and Sunday School teacher.

In her journal that she kept in contemplation of the end of her life, she wrote: “Make your plan or dream public; doing so attracts other people’s support. It releases God’s power. Let it be said at my funeral ‘she served God’s purpose in her generation.’”

Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 P.M. and 6 to 8 P.M. Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home & Cremation Center in Bellefontaine. A celebration of life will be held at the Indian Lake Community Church at 11 A.M. Thursday, October 19 2017.
