Dinah Blair

Dinah Lynne Blair, 57, formerly of Bellefontaine, Ohio, passed away Thursday, January 2, 2014 at the Hamot Medical Center in Erie, Pennsylvania.

She was born March 31, 1956, in Bellefontaine to the late James Smith and Minnie Belle (Orahood) Smith Jones. She was also preceded in death by her first husband, Gary Lee Jenkins and a sister, Terri Jo Stinson.

She is survived by her husband Paul Blair, whom she married May 16, 1990 in Bellefontaine; two daughters, Becky Jenkins of Findlay, Ohio and Michelle Blair of Erie, Pennsylvania; a son, Travis (April) Jenkins of Bellefontaine; two foster children, Shelia (Michael) Romero of Kaplan, Louisiana and Cory (Mary) Ames of Bellefontaine; three grandchildren, Garrett, Harleigh and Madylin Jenkins; her siblings, Brenda Fridley of Troy, Ohio and Tracey (Vicki) Smith of Bellefontaine, and a brother-in-law, Michael Stinson of Kenton, Ohio.

Dinah was a nurse’s aide and worked in home health care and worked as a STNA at Comfort Care and was a member of the First Church of God in Bellefontaine. She sold for Creative Circle and enjoyed needlepoint, facebook, Sudoku, scrapbooking and reading.

Pastor Ron Irick will officiate the funeral service at 11 A.M. Wednesday, January 8, 2014 at the Eichholtz Funeral Home in Bellefontaine, where calling hours will be held from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M. Tuesday, January 7, 2014.
