Dolores Graham

Dolores “De” Graham, age 84, of Bellefontaine, Ohio passed away at 10:28 P.M. Sunday, December 17, 2017 at the Kobacker House in Columbus, Ohio.

She was born in Bellefontaine June 21, 1933, the only daughter of the late Russell L. and Marguerite (Goldschmidt) Hill. She was also preceded in death by her step father, Michael Colletti.

She is survived by her loving husband and best friend Ronald E. Graham, whom she married June 22, 1981 in Tennessee. She is also survived by two daughters, Susan D. (Bradley) Scudds of Bellefontaine and Christina D. (Richard) Moran of Russells Point, Ohio; two step-sons, Jeffrey Graham of New Carlisle, Ohio and Rick (Sharon) Graham of Huntsville, Ohio; four grandsons, Joshua Hale of Virginia, C.J. Costin of Delaware, Ohio, Evan Bright of Bellefontaine, and Alex Johnson of Russells Point, Ohio; one granddaughter, Samantha Scudds of Urbana, Ohio; two step-granddaughters, Rebecca and Sarah Graham of Huntsville and one great granddaughter, Rebecca Hale of Richmond, Virginia.

De was a 1951 graduate of Bellefontaine High School and later worked as the Bellefontaine City Tax Administrator for twenty two years. She was a longtime member of the First United Methodist Church in Bellefontaine where she served on the financial committee and sang in the choir. She also belonged to the King’s Daughters Bonafada Circle where she was a former member of the Ways and Means group and also served on the United Way Committee.

Pastor Bill Prater will officiate a private graveside service in the Bellefontaine Cemetery. There is no scheduled visitation.

The arrangements are in the care of the staff of the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Bellefontaine.
