Donald Grant

Donald Dale Grant, 52, of Roundhead, Ohio, passed away Thursday, October 9, 2008, in his home.

He was born in Lima, Ohio, October 12, 1955, a son of the late Dale R. and Geraldine Rambo Grant. He also was preceded in death by a brother, Ricky Grant.

Survivors include his fiancée, Patricia Godwin of Roundhead; a son, Donald D. Grant of Findlay, Ohio; daughters, Angie K. (Michael) McGue of Mt. Victory, Ohio, Tammy (Ron) Relue of Cloverdale and Jennifer Bruchiel of Roundhead; stepson, Daniel Godwin of Bellefontaine; stepdaughter, Amy (Kevin) VanHoose of Bellefontaine; brother, Terry (Norma) Grant of New Port, North Carolina; sisters, Doreen (Ellis) Jenkins and Lee Ann McCullough, both of Ada, Ohio; and 12 grandchildren.

A U.S. Marine veteran, he worked as a mason for Dunlap Masonry and enjoyed NASCAR racing, working on cars and going to car shows.

Pastor James Short conducts the funeral service at 11 a.m. Tuesday, October 14, 2008, at the Eichholtz Funeral Home in Belle Center, where calling hours are from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday evening. Burial is in Roundhead Cemetery.
