Donna Ruth Cox

Donna Ruth Cox, 74, of Russells Point, passed away Wednesday evening, March 12, 2025, at Aventura at Oakwood Village in Springfield, Ohio.

Donna was born in Ft. Knox, Kentucky, on June 23, 1950, to the late Donald and Violet “Peggy” (Hamilton) Bradford. She was also preceded in death by an infant brother and brother Dan Bradford.

Donna married Gary Cox on July 8, 1978, in East Liberty, and he survives in Russells Point. She is also survived by daughters: Micah Cox, Michelle  Phillips; son Bret (Criste) Phillips; step-son Eric (Christa) Cox; several grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Donna worked as a beautician for many years before retiring. She then became an ordained minister and loved her time helping people. Donna enjoyed her rose bushes and flower gardens around her house.

Pastor Bruce Keeling will officiate a graveside service with family and close friends on Friday, March 21, 2025, at 11am at Rushsylvania Cemetery.
