Dorothy Angle

Dorothy M. Angle, 92, of Bellefontaine, Ohio, passed away Sunday, August 21, 2011 at Heartland of Bellefontaine. She was born May 25, 1919, to the late Carl and Mary Elizabeth (Dunson) Flanagan.

On December 16, 1939, she married Vinson W. Angle in Covington, Kentucky, and he passed away in 1996. She was also preceded in death by a son, Jack W. Angle, November 30, 2007.

She is survived by two sons; Don W. (Ruth Ann) Angle of Brunswick, Ohio and Roger L. (Tammi) Angle of Springfield, Ohio; five grandchildren, Jeffrey (June) Angle of Newbury, Ohio, Jason (Pamela) Angle of San Diego, California, Bonni J. Cantwell of Brentwood, California, Joseph and Stephanie Angle both of Springfield; three great-grandchildren, Christopher Cantwell and Elizabeth and Erin Angle; and many nieces and nephews.

A homemaker, Dorothy attended the Harper United Methodist Church and was a member of the Friendly Senior Center, where she was an avid Euchre player. She enjoyed being with people and enjoying their company. She also enjoyed working with art and line drawing.

There will be a graveside service at 12:30 P.M. Thursday, August 25, 2011, in the Greenwood-Union Cemetery in DeGraff, Ohio, with Pastor Casey Storm officiating. Friends may call Thursday prior to the graveside service from 11:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. at the Eichholtz Funeral Home in Bellefontaine.
