Elise Marie Hofmann, 44, of Zanesfield, passed away on Saturday, February 6, 2016 in Xenia.

She was born in Kettering, Ohio on September 1, 1971.

Survivors include her mother Pamela Freeman and her step-father, Larry Freeman; son, Hunter Kautz of Glenco, Alabama; sister , Monica (Chad) Silverstien of Dublin; brother Buster Morgan of Kettering and nephews, Ethan and Seth Silverstien

She loved cooking, animals and flowers.

Friends may call on Thursday, February 11, 2016 from 6 – 8 p.m. at the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home, 321 North Main Street, Bellefontaine, Ohio.
