Elizabeth Marie (Jennings) Brown, 57, of Bellefontaine, passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2024, in The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, Columbus.

She was born in Bellefontaine on August 5, 1966, the daughter of the late Robert E. and Norma L. (Lowe) Jennings. 

On June 12, 2000, she married Gregory Allen Brown, and he preceded her in death on October 2, 2018. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Ruth Ann Van Hoose and a brother, Robert Jennings, Jr.

She is survived by a daughter, Janie Brown, two sons, Samuel Brown, William (Jenny Wiltse) Henry, a stepdaughter, Betty Jane Harrison, two grandchildren, William Henry, Jr. and Spencer Henry, a brother, Emmett Jennings, her boyfriend, David Dillon, and many nieces and nephews.

Elizabeth worked at Green Hills Daycare Center for many years caring for children. She loved gardening and was always on the go, many times she was on her way somewhere, likely to do some shopping. Her proudest accomplishments were her children. 

A celebration of Elizabeth’s life is being planned for a later date.
