Ethan Phillip Zack

Ethan Philip Zack, age 23, of Bellefontaine, Ohio passed away Friday, September 22, 2017 as a result of an automobile accident near East Liberty, Ohio. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Nancy Zack and Robert (Peggy) Dumke.

He was born in Bellefontaine January 29, 1994, and is survived by his father and step mother, Keith (Angela) Zack of Bellefontaine and his mother and step father, Sheila (Mark) Travis of Springfield, Ohio.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his girlfriend, Brianna Fink of Kenton, Ohio and her children, Allyssa, Adrienna, Dustin, and Gabriella; one brother, Tony Raya of Lima, Ohio; grandparents, Phil (Susan) Zack of Huntsville, Ohio, Mike (Sandy) Stevens and Marilyn Travis, all of Springfield and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Ethan was a 2012 graduate of Benjamin Logan High School and a 2014 graduate of Hocking Technical College.  He worked as a yard driver for Midwest Express (MEI).  He enjoyed hanging out with his friends as well as hunting, fishing, and motorcycling.  In his free time, he enjoyed the time spent with his girlfriend and his family.

Pastor Brian Borton will officiate the funeral service at 12 noon Thursday, September 28, 2017 at the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Bellefontaine, where visitation will be held two hours prior to the funeral service.  Burial will follow at the Fairview Cemetery in McDonald Township.

The staff of the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home & Cremation Center in Bellefontaine assisted the family with the arrangements.
