Eunice White

Biography

Eunice Irene White, 88 of DeGraff, Ohio, went home to be with the Lord Jesus Monday, November 5, 2012 at Mary Rutan Hospital in Bellefontaine, Ohio.

She was born May 11, 1924 in Richlands, Virginia, a daughter of the late Reuben Franklin and Mary Elizabeth (Oquinn) Cordle.

She married her first husband, Robert Thomas White, Sr. and he preceded her in death March 21, 1967. She then married George Isaac White, and he preceded her in death August 13, 1982. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Betty Auflick, a son, Rocky White, five sisters, a brother and two sons-in-law, Bill Auflick and Ray Schrader.

Survivors include her children, Patty (Ted) Swainhart of Perrysville, Ohio, Tommie Sue Schrader of Loudonville, Ohio, Bob White of Bellefontaine, Anna (Tony) Coder of Bellefontaine, Michael (Cindy) White of DeGraff, Ohio and Tammie (Keith) Ellison of Texarkana, Arkansas; grandchildren, Matt (Jen), Clay (Missy), Eric (Tracy), Brian, Robin, KayDee, Travis, Shannon (Brett), Mike (Sara), Sean and Chad (Ame) Williams; great-grandchildren, Wyatt, Wade, Nick, Lexi, Jay, Bruce, Andria, Michael, Hannah, Ariana, Dylan, Zoe, Tyler, Bee, Hunter, Daltin, Josie; great-great-grandchildren, Austin, Aiden; step-grandchildren, Lisa Perry and Tony (Pragati) Coder and step-great-grandchildren, Bryce, Alex, Nikhil and Madison; many nieces, nephews and dear friends.

She was a homemaker and attended the Big Springs United Methodist Church. She was a devoted Christian and enjoyed gardening and canning vegetables for her family whom she loved very much.

Pastor Doug Thompson will conduct the funeral service at 2 P.M. Friday, November 9, 2012 at the Eichholtz Funeral Home in Bellefontaine, where friends may call two hours prior to the funeral service. Interment will be at the Huntsville Cemetery in Huntsville, Ohio.
