Evelyn Settlage

Evelyn Joan Settlage, 85, of West Mansfield, and formerly of Virginia, passed away Saturday, December 17, 2016, at her daughter’s home.

She was born in Rosewood, Ohio on September 18, 1931 to the late Harold Stokes and Mildred (Jewell) Stokes Petty. Evelyn was also preceded in death by her first husband, George Nelson Lee; her second husband, Andrew Settlage; a brother, Robert Stokes; and a daughter, Priscilla R. Stone.

Evelyn was a member of St. Paris Church of God and the Sidney VFW Post 4239. She retired after many years of service from AK Steel in Conover, Ohio.

Evelyn is survived by her children, Thomas Allen Lee of Russells Point, Victor Randolph Lee of Conover, Ohio, Joyce Irene Lee of Virginia, Anthony Wayne Lee of Piqua, Brenda Taylor of West Mansfield, Pamela Lee of Urbana, Paula Cono of Dayton, Linda Achor of Bradford, Ohio and Bruce Lee of Sidney; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by two sisters, Shirley Summers and Carol Mount both of Springfield; and several nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home, West Liberty, on Tuesday, December 20, 2016 from 5 to 7 p.m. A private family burial will take place at a later date in Walnut Grove Cemetery, Delphos.
