Everett Eugene Conway

Everett Eugene “Gene” Conway, 66, of Bellefontaine, Ohio passed away Tuesday, May 2, 2017 at his residence.

He was born in Peebles, Ohio December 25, 1950, the son of the late Everett and Peral Illene (Tolle) Conway.  He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Ronald and Jack Conway.

He is survived by a daughter, Cari Ramey of Ashley, Ohio and a son, Chris (Jenny) Conway of Greenville, Ohio; five grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; two sisters, Kathy (Charles) Leese of Quincy, Ohio and Shelia (Kirk) Kegg of Bellefontaine; one brother, Larry (Kelly) Conway of Circleville, Ohio; a half-brother, Jim Conway of Columbus, Ohio and numerous nieces and nephews.

Gene worked as a maintenance supervisor and belonged to the Teamsters Union.  In his pastime, he enjoyed fishing.

Pastor Dean Wasson will officiate a graveside service Sunday, May 7, 2017, at 1:00 P.M. at the Zanesfield Cemetery in Zanesfield, Ohio.

The staff of the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home & Cremation Center in Bellefontaine assisted the family with the arrangements.
