Fern Sullivan

Fern Ann Sullivan, 91, of Belle Center, passed away Thursday morning, December 1, 2016 at Heartland of Bellefontaine.

She was born in Union County, Ohio on March 23, 1925 to the late Harrison Morton and Emma Lee (Karr) Tevis. On August 30, 1941 she married Richard Dallas Sullivan in Greenup, Kentucky and he preceded her in death on April 30, 1990. She was also preceded in death by a son, Danny Sullivan; seven brothers and three sisters.

Fern is survived by her sons, Charles (Jeanie) Sullivan of Belle Center and Jerald (Janet) Sullivan of Bellefontaine; daughters, Delores (Gary) Mason of Oakwood and Brenda (Roger) Beaverson of Belle Center; 13 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren and many great-great grandchildren; brother, Harrison (Betty) Tevis Jr. of Bellefontaine; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Fern was a homemaker and was well known for her famous potato salad and loved being in her home.

Friends may call at the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home, 306 N. Elizabeth St., Belle Center on Sunday December 4, 2016 from 2-6 pm. Pastor Steve Smith will officiate the funeral on Monday December 5, 2016 at 11:00 am at the funeral home. Burial will be in Byhalia Cemetery.
